A Wife Dismissed as Quiet and Unremarkable Reveals Twenty-Nine Years of Secret Architectural Achievement

After thirty-eight years of marriage, Gerald coldly tells Myra he regrets ever loving her and plans to leave her for his bookkeeper, Denise, unaware that his wife had spent twenty-nine years secretly earning an architecture degree, building a licensed practice, and restoring eleven buildings across three counties, all while he never once asked what she did in the attic.
